I like that we drive right through and speak with them while still in the vehicle it’s so easy! The pricing is fair and if they can’t fix the problem they refer out instead of trying to milk you! Took car in last minute the day before Christmas Eve, and it was -8 Fahrenheit that morning. Most other retail stores were closed or opening late. They opened on time with what looked like a full crew. Their parts suppliers were not making deliveries due to cold so they allowed us to track down a new rear caliper. They waited til we returned with the parts and got the job done. I am quite sure that no other service center would have come through like that under the circumstances. A dedicated crew working in a very clean and professional and modern facility. Could not have asked for more.

I've had 3 different mechanics work on the brakes for this car, but you were the first to fix all of the problems correctly. HONEST mechanic Phil was truly honest he diagnosed to the full extent and that there was no issue and it could've been bad gas he recommended a service and said it'll be a 50/50 chance it might be reason or not but did not forcefully push to get it done for money making opertunnity wich is rare and wow me because in my past most shops are profit over people service mentality I end up through conversation with Phil getting a fuel system cleaning and i had no issues since ty phil and team for all you do did and done and may God bless you and all you do !!!

These guys are so nice and professional and patient. They have tolerated my 27 year old truck and it’s issues for years now. The engine of the old Toyota makes me keep it but the brakes have been a royal pain due to age and rust. I keep hoping they’re not too over seeing this old thing. Ha! I’m glad I found this shop. As usual, Phil and the team st Glenway Auto Center performed a 5Star job with 5Star service. A previous appointment led to an engine replacement that they recommended be serviced at the dealer because it was possibly covered under warranty-it was. They saved me several thousand dollars that they could have easily kept the job for themselves. Ultimately this repair was due to some shoddy work that n the engine replace- instead of taking it back to the dealer for warranty follow-up, I wanted Glenway to do it because I knew it would be done right and I was willing to pay for that peace of mind. Glenway Auto Center is always the first choice for any auto repair!!

The only suggestion I could make is you might want to provide an option to upgrade to better than stock parts. I might have gone with extended travel CV axles.

Trustworthy Mechanic
As a woman it is sometimes difficult to find a mechanic that is trustworthy, but this place is it. Brought my car here to get work done on my AC, it was blowing nothing but warm air. They fixed it and gave me a loaner car so I could get my errands done while they worked on my car. The shop is super clean and the service is great. Joanna S. Cincinnati, OH
