Great Experience. Steam Cleaned my interior to kill bacteria and remove stains. Ceramic Car wash is the bomb too. Friendly staff. Will go back.

My car had a smell as if there might be a leak and told him I wanted it to smell good and to do auto detailing. At first he gave me this long speech and $500 price tag. I was expecting about $150. He finally came down to $275. He did not even wash the outside of the car. The carpet was supposed to be cleaned. I could tell they had used a shampooer but did nothing to try to get rid of stains. There was no nice smell when I got in the car so they didn't even spray anything. Some of the carpet still had packed in dirt. They did not remove the stickers on the dashboard. The ashtray was not completely clean. There were marks in the car that were not removed. It was as if they took a dishrag and casually cleaned the area. I wrote to them and included pictures as I had to leave the minute I got the car and they didn't even answer. I asked for a partial refund. I definitely would not recommend this place

They scratched the paint on both A-pillars (each side of the windshield) and the right side B-pillar on my brand new CR-V. The scratches look very similar to each other, and they are in the same location on each pillar. I had hand-washed the car the weekend prior, and there were no scratches. I discovered the new scratches as I was cleaning off all the water spots left from the Regal car wash. I am 100% positive the Regal car wash caused the scratches. I complained to the only attendant I could find, but he was totally dismissive. He said there was nothing in the car wash that could have caused the scratches. Total BS. Avoid this place!
