EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . I feel the repair work done on this return visit should have been addressed when I first brought the vehicle in for an oil change. Fortunately, I caught the repair issue when I read the inspection report.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.
