If I could give them no stars, I would.We had them put in windows in a storefront and within 6 months four of the six windows had broken seals and were permanently fogged up. After months of going back and forth with them, they finally came out to take a look and agreed that the windows needed to be replaced - that was approximately 6 months ago. About a 2 months ago, they came and replaced two of the windows, but realized they had mismeasured one and one of them they dropped. They said they would be back with the windows within a week. We have been waiting over 6 weeks for them to come and replace the remaining windows. This is for a business establishment so we're not happy that we're sitting with shitty windows as our advertising. Every time I call, they tell me the same thing "we're busy..." Apparently correcting THEIR errors is not a priority for them. They do not keep appointments and they do not follow through on anything. I talked to Sergio on a Tuesday and he said they'd be over the next morning. I called him that morning and he said they would be there between 11 and 1 --- and they never showed up. I cannot UNrecommend them enough. I have never encountered such a poorly run business in my life. DO NOT USE THEM.

In today's world, it is no easy task to find a repair shop that has a genuine concern for their customers. I almost felt that it was a lost art, until I found Knight's. They understand you depend on your vehicle and how important it is to you, so they work hard on getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. Besides their quality of repairs, what really impresses me is their friendly staff, that will take the time to not only explain what your vehicle needs, but exactly why, and keeping you informed all along the way. I always leave there feeling I am somehow a friend of them , and satisfied the service was performed fair and right! I own a Property Management Company and called this company on Monday, 3/23/15 for a window that was broken and needed repair at one of my buildings. They told me that they would send someone out to look at the window. However, they did not call or return my phone call. I waited a few days and called them back on 3/25/15 and the call went straight to voice mail but could not leave a message because the voice mail was full. I called them again for the last time on 3/26/2015 and was able to speak with a person who stated he did not know what happen but will call me back in a few minutes to get someone to go out to the property today. This call took place today at 10:00am, it is now 3:00pm he has not returned my call, therefore, I called again with no luck, the call again went straight to voice mail and was not able to leave a message because the voice mail stated it was full. I would not advise anyone to use this company, there are so many other professional GLASS CO. Who are very professional and they will give you great estimates and when the job is completed you will be very satisfied. No consumer needs to deal with this type of behavior. Consumers wants a company who is respectful to their needs, courteous and professional. IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM AFTER THIS POST....DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
