We were on vacation to visit by brother in KC over the Labor Day weekend. As we began our trek back to Minnesota we determined our wheel bearing was obliterated. We had to contact our insurance company for roadside assistance. No one was open on the holiday so we decided to take a chance with Bert. We dropped our vehicle there and left our keys in the drop box. Bert called the next day and said he'd have us up and running between 1-2pm. He called us shortly after noon stating he was done early. Avoid! The manager would not accept my Firestone card number from my daughter, even though she had my name and address. This is the reason we obtained a Firestone card - so my daughter could use it in KC while there in college. Though I mentioned that other Firestones have never had any issue with this, he disagreed. Fortunately, another Firestone in the area was happy to have our business. We'll avoid this particular location from now on!
