My son's car broke down 600 miles from home, and was towed to Butler's. It turned out the damage was extensive and there were many calls back and forth between myself and Tanner. Amazing! We were stranded in KS with a blown engine. He was very detailed in assessment and advocated in our best interest. He knows VWs and wish he were in CO so he could be our full time mechanic. PS Not sure about the reviewers on friendliness. Dave is wonderful...maybe it's the customer?
