One employee also gave me a ride home so I could do other things, which I really appreciated. I prefer to support small businesses locally and they were already competitive, but with the discount card and the rewards program it really made the difference. Mark came highly recommended by Charlies Auto Center (no slouches themselves). I have an 18 year old Chevy truck with no frills and a manual transmission. Vehicles that age develop "issues" and Mark has taken care of them all quickly, expertly, and at a very reasonable price. He's friendly, knows his stuff, and honest as the day is long. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
