Trailer repair service near Chef Menteur, LA

Most dishonest, low quality and overpriced work I've ever experienced. The tarp on one of our conestogas ripped and I asked them to patch it up with some tape so that we can deliver this load to Texas and get a load back to Michigan where we can get the tarp panel replaced. They estimated it to be a one hour repair but, when I called them back after hour and a half, I found out that they just threw an extra tarp on top of the damage and charged me for 4 hours (I guess 2 people worked on it and they round time up) at $140 per hour without asking me first + $300 for a flimsy looking tarp - work that any crossdocking warehouse could have done for $100-$200. I feel like a paid a lawyer's fee to a pizza delivery guy. Moreover, this load doesn't even require a tarp and I'll have to pay someone again to retarp it or to patch it up in Texas if I don't want to have this truck drive empty as this tarp will have to come down to deliver this load. $860 and zero benefit. Avoid these people like plague

Tye has been repairing my car for over 15 years. He always treated me fairly and I've never had to worry when I leave my car with him. I trust his judgement on what repairs need to be done.
