I've had my truck serviced by Certified and they did a great job. I also had a problem with a leaking roof seam that was creating a wet condition on the driver side electrical panel (2005 Freightliner Century). They talked to the dealership, told me that it was a common problem with this model and the fix was to seal the seam, which they did. Since then no more wet panel. I suspect that the guy that thinks he was ripped off doesn't know his truck, he thought it was a %500.oo fix, the dealer told him it was a $2,300.00 fix. Maybe in a perfect world, sounds like his truck wasn't living in that world.
