Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. I gave 5 stars if there were 10 stars I would have given 10.I thank John for hooking me up he was so nice professional reasonable and he is not only skillful but he is compassionate.I am a single mother just got a new job and my car was in need of repair Covid has really put a hole in my pocket.and John worked with me he went above and beyond of what I could have imagined to get my car fixed and work with my budget.I am grateful for John I am happy I met him.and I totally trust him with my car.and I will be going back moving forward with future repairs.I recommend Top Auto to all. ?????????Tasha .W

I took my car here for an oil change yesterday and the service was great! When we were driving back home a little whole later our "check gages" light came on and our oil pressure gage was down completely. We called the store back and the owner came to my house and checked the car which was fine (just a wire). Such great service is rare in a mechanic shop and was such a great surprise!
