Mike and the crew are good, but the prices are extremely high!!! I understand they offer easy financing options for car repairs, but their prices are around the same as the dealer. I could’ve got my brakes done at the Ford dealership for $369 that’s included the parts and labor, Mike charged a whopping $580, now mind you the parts were around $125 max for the pads, and rotors. He had a lady in there to change her A/C compressor and charged her $1750 holy crap!!

The check engine light in our sons car was on and while we were pretty sure it was due our daughter not putting the gas cap on tightly, we weren't sure. I called McCracken and they said bring it by whenever you have the chance and we'll clear the code. We brought the car in and they cleared the code and ascertained that it most likely was the gas cap. We have had to pay $75 to have this done at the dealer before. McCracken's staff was so nice, kind and helpful. They didn't charge us a dime and sent us on our way. We wouldn't go anywhere else

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking.
