I have used Deluxe Auto Body for many years. I was reminded of the reasons with my most recent experience. Dennis discussed the work to do and recommended a strategy to keep costs reasonable. (This was not insurance work, so cost was a consideration.) Dennis adjusted his schedule to take in our car on short notice. The body work came out fantastic and the price was great. Dennis even cleaned the entire car. I can't say enough good things about Deluxe Auto Body.

They worked with me and my budget and the job got scheduled for that week. I now have my car back and it looks great. They also did a nice job detailing the outside and inside of my car. Feels like I just bought it!

He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Masison's takes service to the next level. I didn't have rental car insurance on my policy, but Mike at Masison's Collision Experts arranged for a rental and had the rental car bill sent to the other person's insurance company that hit my car. Who knew you could do that? It didn't cost me a dime. My insurance company even pro-rated my damaged muffler and Mike didn't even charge me the difference. I'm so glad a finally found a place that doesn't soak you every chance they get and they did a great job too!

It's a small auto body but they work fast! I had a huge dent on my BMW pax door and got outrageous quotes elsewhere David gave me the best quote, great service overall my expereince was great and my car looked like new!
