The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! When our car is being serviced by the company, we are confident that they will be able to address the issue with precision and ensure that safety is a priority! They always successfully diagnose and complete the repairs and within a reasonable timeframe. We are always pleased with their services, which prompts us to be return customers. Interaction with them is easy as we are presented with options which makes it convenient for us as consumers. The owner makes us feel included, making our interactions very productive since he ensures that we have the final say in the decision. At the end of each service visit, the owner takes the time to orally provide a concrete report about all that took place and possibly any additional findings outside of the original scope of work that may require future attention. I had my car towed to this shop from another because I heard how honest George Jr. is. I'm so glad I did. I got an estimate of $954.00 for a whole bunch of work that my 2004 honda civic needed from thwe other shop. George went through the estimate and double checked what the other shop said and It wasn't true at all. George fixed what I needed and now my car runs like new. My bill was only $255.81. What a deal. I cant say enough about them. Thank you guys.

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.
