It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

Jamie and his crew are great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. You won't find a more experienced crew at such reasonable prices in the area. You should definitely bring your car issues here!

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one. I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip. He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side. I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the hell does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile. We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive... He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers. Pissed off I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in
