Towing service service near Cambridge, MA

The front desk receptionist is very unwelcoming! Shawn was great. I would like to know why I was charged extra after getting alignment. The reason giving was “we have to pay bills and keep the lights on”. I was also given two different quotes when inquiring about rear camber arm change.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. Worst tow company. Got a tow asked help with the flat, fat red headed guy told me he couldnt help and I couldnt even change the flat on his property. Had to move my car 500 yards on a flat. Called triple AAA and they send todisco towing to fix the flat around the corner from the shop. Terrible experience. Avoid these guys as much as possible.

Brought my car in a few weeks ago for its 60k checkup. Russ and Brian were helpful as always. It's running as well as it did when I first bought it.
