I feel the repair was done well on the brakes, haven't had a problem. My biggest complaint is I made an appointment I believe monday for a 8am appointment on Thursday. I arrived on time. When I went to the shop to check on my car around 3:00pm they had not taken it in. They told me they were busy and other cats had came in. I feel my tile slot should have been honored and they should have taken my car in as scheduled. They did not start my car until the following day, and never notified me of this, if I didn't go down to the shop I would not have found out.

Oil change and lube went as always. I was unaware that the inspection process was no longer part of the garage, but rather the dealership. The guy running that needs to learn how to relate a bit better to customers.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!!
