I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Our Mobile Car Pro service facility in Marlborough, Ma is conveniently located in the center of town just east of Interstate 495 and north of the Mass Pike I-90. Our Marlborough shop is staffed by a small crew of four highly experienced installers. Though the shop only has four installers, their cumulative years of involvement in the industry add up to more than 70 years. This level of seasoning prompts them to stay on the cutting edge of the latest technology.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We took our car to Elsio because it would not start and we had a check engine light on. After holding our car for a couple of days to repair it. During the repair he decided to drive around with the car, and the car stalled. He never asked for our authorization to drive around with the car and even charged us for the tow. We complained and he decided to charge us half of the towing fee. He told us he had fixed the problem, but after driving with the car for a day the check engine light came on again, and soon after the car wouldn't start. We took the car to him again, and again he held the car at his shop for a few days in order to figure out what was wrong. When we went to pick it up, the car wouldn't start. We then had to leave the car with him for another couple of days. He said that he would fix the car without charging us because we complained. He then proceeded to change a part in the car and then charged us for this part even though he said he would do it for free. Don't bring your car here. They are the slimiest people and Elsio will rob you of your money.

These guys have always done right by us. They are very friendly and efficient. They also offer an awesome rewards program that allows you to build up for points for coupons. The coupons are automatically sent to you when you've saved up enough points, which are also tracked automatically. Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.
