Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work.
