Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

Richie is a very honest mechanic, so happy I found him. I had some major problems with my brakes and he went above and beyond to get my car back to road worthy. He explained all repairs and costs. Highly recommended

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Today is 09/16/2020 Poor service the mechanic/ owner starting cursing at me and telling me he doesn't have time for service that I paid for. I work down the street and come here often and for the teller to apologize for something he didn't do because I'm a good known customer is uncalled for. His attitude sucks and customer service is even worse. I wouldn't recommend them at all and they are over priced and I still paid . Never again.

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Very friendly staff and very appreciative of the quick service that was provided...... Thank you guys!!!!!!!!
