I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. This shop is a scam. They charged my fiancee 150 to fix an overheating problem. two month later car is overheating again. When we brougt it back they tried to sell us a new radiator for 600. our previous mechanic installed new radiator only one year ago. Stay away from Tiger.

Service done was fine, the problem is the mark up of parts. My items were up by 100 percent from prices they paid. I did my research and got the highest prices around for original equipment for my car. Prices I was charged at Sam's were double for the parts! So service is ok, high hourly rate,but way over priced for parts!

WOW, My car failed inpection, He gave me a list of things that needed to be done in order for it to pass and a quote to fix it all. Honestly, the quote seemed reasonable but I took it to another Garage to get a comparative quote. The difference was huge. I got the work done and took it back to get re-inspected. It failed again. He claimed one of the items I had fixed still needed to be done. Took it elsewhere to get re-inpected and passed. Here's the deal, He's taking advantage of his position as an inpection station and using it as a way to get more business. I was warned about him but I wanted to make my own mind up. Well, I have. Every interaction with him seemed like I was being hustled. He says, "I always try to do what's best for my customers" and he says it often. Maybe he believes that just saying it over and over will make you believe it. Hell, he may even beleive it himself.

For the past few years now, I have trusted "Narragansett Auto Repair" with my car (and my wallet)! The two people to talk with there are Dan and Donna. Dan is the owner and I've enjoyed watching him as both the "boss" and a mechanic and on that rare occasion when he and his employees are stumped with a diagnosis, he is humble enough to turn elsewhere for input.
