Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely courteous and accommodating. Many thanks to Tom’s Auto. You have made me a customer for life and I will be referring you to anyone I can. Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

My family brought a car from that place a little over a year ago for $3000.00,(three thousands dollars). The owner Frantz promised he will provide the title for the car, still as of today no title has given to us. We called several times he is given us the running around.

Terrible place, stay away they will tell you to give them money to buy you new parts but will end up buying old parts and also fixing some of the old parts so that they can keep as much of your money as possible. Besides using old parts they do a terrible job fixing your car. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned. Everyone there looks shady.

Mike is the BEST body man I've ever seen. My car was pretty close to being total and Mike had done magic. My car is a 08 and olny had 15,000 miles on it . I can't belive how my car came out. Thier was no way to tell that this car was scratch never mind near totaled . All the lines were perfect and the paint was incredible. I will never send anyone anywhere else for there body work .
