I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!

I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. I went here to get my brand new 2013 Mercedes-Benz tinted, and they scratched my glass windows. When I went back to talk to the owner about the damage they caused, the owner said I should take my car back to Mercedes-Benz because they sold me a brand new car with scratched windows. My car was detailed three days before getting tints and the windows were never damaged before prior tinting. I tried to talk to the owner about it and he wouldn't even give me a refund back for the work they did. In addition to that he charged me for removing the tints off my windows and wouldn't give me his insurance information to have me put a claim through his insurance company for the damage they caused. I went back several times to try to work things out with the owner and he won't do anything to take accountability for the damage he made to my car. The scratches are not superficial scratches either. They are so deep my nails catch in them.
