Poor Customer Service Went and spoke to the owner and got a quote for work. Arrived day of appointment and asked to speak with owner because I had noted some other areas that I wanted to discuss with him. He then said, I'm not a stupid man. I've looked at this car already. I don't want the job. We've used this company in the past and had recommended them to friends. This was a crazy experience. Will not return or recommend.

Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely courteous and accommodating. Many thanks to Tom’s Auto. You have made me a customer for life and I will be referring you to anyone I can. Do not use this body shop they are scam artist. I brought a vehicle there and they did more damage to the vehicle to get more money outta my insurance company.
