Oil change service near Lawrence, MA

Fantastic people who will do anything they can to help you out. I recommend them to anyone I hear complaining about their car or mechanic.

I used to LOVE this place and I had been going here for years (since 2004). I believe they have switched managers or owners and now they are SCUM. When my windshield wipers broke they held my car hostage for days till a 'special part' they needed would come in. They kept forgetting to call me back with a quote. Finally, a few days later it started to rain and that was when 'Scott' called me back with a $700.00 quote. I told them to not touch my car and I went to go pick it up. Thank God it stopped raining when I got there. I took it to Pepboys right away. It took them 20 minutes to tighten a part and it cost me under 40 bucks. I tell everyone I can about these idiots.

These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.

I would not come to this shop again. It seemed to me at first like this was an honest shop. The reason I agreed to service my vehicle there was because they gave me a reasonable quote on installation of struts. A mechanic who worked on my vehicle did a bunch of work. I paid for all the services, but they did not change the brake fluid in my vehicle. I learned 2 months later about it when I went for oil change to a different mechanic. He showed me the test strip that the brake fluid was not changed. Also the type of oil they put in your vehicle is unknown. But they take a big advantage of a customer since for the full synthetic oil change they charge the double price. I would not recommend this shop!

So sad , motor in my Subaru died! Had it sitting in a " Foreign Car Repair Shop" who said they could do it. 3 weeks later its still sitting there untouched! Found these guys through Click & Clack. It wasn't cheap but I suppose an engine replacement never is. They did a great job and even loaned me a car while it was tied up. Glad I found um & my boyfriend is going to start using them for his Lexus!
