broke down in front of AMERICAN PETROLEUM in Beverly, MA having work on cars most of my life I noticed the clutch cable clip had rotted off, common problem with older card, Mechanic told me the shifter linkage must be damaged and caused the clip to break I went and bough the $5.74 Part they insisted the linkage was damage refused to let me put the clip in told me to tow or push the car off there lot. After i pushed the car to the street I put the clip in and drove away No problems with linkage

Jaime has experience in all aspects of auto repair spanning over 30 years in the industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and ASE L1 certified. He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! I'm sure Mila can "man up" for your extremely poor and totally unprofessional performance! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION BMW REPAIR in Brentwood, NH.

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.
