Went in for a basic oil change and got charged for an upgraded one. The guy behind the counter was very rude. He talked down to me really bad he should not be in customer service!!. I will not be returning there again!

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. My keys and phone were locked in the car so I couldn’t call AAA. I was at Star market on Mt. auburn street, walking distance from Vahe’s garage. They were very busy, but he sent his assistant to help me. After 15 minutes, we couldn’t get the door unlocked. Then Vahe came out himself and spent more time until he got the door open. He was so kind, and competent, then he wouldn’t let me pay.

I had a very negative experience, I can see that CLM Auto kisses up to certain classes of people in the community because all I asked was to put in two Sylvania ultra light bulbs which was purchased at AutoZone and the owner Mario got very loud and ignorant because I purchased my own bulbs, and finally he told me he does not want my service after I told him I have money to pay for the bulbs to be installed, so my experience is that they can be very rude and obnoxious to certain classes of people…!!!

Hands down i give this shop the best mechanics in Somerville/ Boston area. I take my car herre when ever there's a problem and they always quote me a fair price and do great work. Also, it's so nice to find an honest mechanic. If you need work done to your car come here. you won't be disappointed.
