I found Paul through a recommendation of a friend. As a loyal BMW owner for many years, and one who babies my car and want to make sure it's got the best care, I was really happy to find Paul. He is not only a BMW owner, but knows these cars inside and out. I had a heating system issue, we spoke about it over the phone twice, he ordered more parts than needed so when I brought it in he had the correct part (regulator) on him and fixed it within an hour. He simply returned the part that was not needed. I was able to get work done in the waiting room (with wifi) and when I recently had another issue (cracked rim), he quickly diagnosed the problem too. It's great to find a mechanic I can trust AND who is reasonable (I priced him about against another non-dealer BMW mechanic and he was a bit cheaper!). Thanks Paul for your help and care. When my car is in need of service again I'll certainly be back!

Dave and Chip are wonderful professionals who really care about you and your car. They know Audi's and BMW's inside out and are committed to doing the best job possible. They also take extra time to make sure you understand what is needed and why. I recently had to have my car towed because of a check engine light and, what we thought to be a low oil pressure light. Both Dave and Chip spent hours going over the car trying to diagnose the problem and talking to my husband and myself. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was charged the Diagnostic fee only. I have since taken it back for service and couldn't be happier. They charge a fair price for great work. As an Audi owner for many years I have found that many mechanics really don't know how to work on my car or misdiagnose issues. This will not happen with Village European. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Very friendly staff and very appreciative of the quick service that was provided...... Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!

I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on. The newly remodeled shop is really cool with a modern waiting area. You will not be disappointed when you service your vehicle here. Finally and most importantly, he is professional and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.
