He gave me the finished estimate with no hidden costs. He also showed me the defective parts. I will continue to use him as my mechanic.

I was in desperate need of 4 GOOD condition tires. Gary sold me 4 bad tires after I asked about the state of the tires and expressing that I drive 80+ miles daily so they need to be GOOD (and I have kids!). I waited for over an hour just to get them changed. One week later I go to another auto shop for an oil change and I'm told "you're gonna fail inspection 2-3 threads on each tire will fail inspection." I spent $180 on crap bull tires and waited over an hour just for them to install.......I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN! NOR DO I OR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW. If you want to be lied to and pay for poor quality GO THERE! They don't even deserve the one star ...

I just had the clutch repaired on my 1974 MG Midget at Ron's transmission. He took the time to figure out the exact problem, ordered the correct parts and fixed the issue without a full clutch rebuild/replace. Service is extremely quick (usually takes a couple hours for normal maintenance; few minutes for an oil change) and fairly priced. They have appointments open constantly and 'reservations' are easy to make. In terms of quality, I have been in there twice--once because my 'check engine' light lit up and the other for the 45,000 mile routine maintenance--and the results couldn't have been better. Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly. Believe me, they've got your back and they're looking to protect your wallet. They seem genuinely interested in your best interest and not on making a quick buck.
