Oil change service near Milford, MA

I had to have my car towed to Boch South because at some previous service, they managed to switch my anti-theft lug nut adapter with a different one that did not fit, so my flat tire could not be removed. I told them to take the remaining set of those special lug nuts off my car and put regular nuts on, and to leave the old stuff in my car. I left my wheel and wrecked tire with them to replace and install a new tire on the wheel, and picked it up when it was ready a day or so later. They told me there would be an extra charge to put my wheel back on, even though it stated right on my paid invoice that they were going to do that. I was not going to give them another cent, so I had them leave it in the back of my car. Then I took my old war veteran body that has been through 4 operations in the last 4 years to a parking lot up the street and changed it myself. I noticed they did not leave my old anti-theft lug nuts in my car, nor that adapter that had caused all my trouble. That will cost me about fifty dollars to replace. They did email me requesting more information, which I mailed to them, but have not heard a word back. How's that for service?

I came into this autobody shop because I had always had excellent service. I needed my back light changed and they found that my battery was leaking acid and needed to be changed immediately. I was driving to New Jersey the next day, so I was very grateful that they found this problem and fixed it. Today I was driving home in the snow and my tire light went on. I drove back to them and they checked my tires and put air in them for no charge. I have always received wonderful service from this business and I would highly recommend them.

The owner is rude, inflexible, and ignorant. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

These men are the greatest & are so honest it's really a blessing to find people of this caliber in this day & age. They not only care about the work they do but they truly care about the customer also. The engine is perfect & the car is running great. I also went in about 3 months ago because my car was vibrating so much that I couldn't go over 50 on the highway. Of course I'm thinking the worst & big money but they once again were honest & told me all I needed was a pair of new tires. What a relief, they could of told me anything & taken advantage of the situation, but no honest as always. Keith the owner & his mechanic are always on site, even if you just need advice stop in & you will always be greeted with a smile.
