I was planning to go on a business trip to NY and had a couple of issues with my 10 year old (but reliable) car. My sister suggested American Brake in Stoughton, where she takes her car. Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. My car was ready for the long drive and I felt more secure behind the wheel after they did the repair and performed their "Pre-trip Check Up"

There is NO BETTER PLACE to take your car for service, repair or estimates. There isn't anything they couldn't handle. I have been using them for years for fleet vehicles as well as my own personal car. Can't imagine taking it ANYWHERE else, ever. It's nice to find people you can trust.

For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. Thanks Guys! My Subaru had been given a diagnosis of "about to die" by a Boston local dealership. My friends had been telling me about Jimmy and his staff for years so I brought it over and gave him the estimate and list of repairs from the dealer. Sadly for my car he corroborated that most of what they said was true. What Jimmy did tell me though was that it wasn't all going to happen that day or the next. I decided to have the brakes fixed and then the oil pan. My Dad was a mechanic. I could tell that Jimmy was telling me the truth. He runs his place just like my Dad did. I highly reccommend Fellsway Auto.

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

I own a BMW 328Xi and was looking for a guy who doesn't rip me off but is knowledgeable about the European cars. Mechanic Advisor suggested Nicks which is right off the exit 32 on I93. Nick was very sensible and had given me the best estimate I could get. Even though I was keen on getting other things fixed, Nick suggested that they were in decent shape for now. That is the best quality about Nick. He will only fix what is needed and doesn't not rip you off with sky high estimates. If you have a European car, then this is your guy. Period! Thanks Nick, Abhi
