For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. There is NO BETTER PLACE to take your car for service, repair or estimates. There isn't anything they couldn't handle. I have been using them for years for fleet vehicles as well as my own personal car. Can't imagine taking it ANYWHERE else, ever. It's nice to find people you can trust.

Unlike some of the national chain mechanics who try to up-sell you on everything, these guys are honest and do perfect work the first time. My daughter's battery died at the nearby hospital recently. We called Mike from Mabardy's Gulf and he was out there in less than 15 minutes. He towed her car to the shop and replaced the battery in less than 30 minutes. She had told Mike that she needed to get on the road quickly so she could study for a big test the next day. Mike had her on the road quickly and at a very reasonable price. The bottom line: Marbardy's does business the old fashioned way: they obviously care about their customers. What a novel idea!

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.
