Brought my BMW to be serviced seeing it was running rough and the CBS indicators showed that I needed rear brake liners and a fluid flush. The tech's found the problem and recommended a course of action. They even said that the last dealership I bought the car from did not reset the brake sensor and I did not need pad or liner's. The communication on their progress was great and the price was fair; let's face it, when you opt to buy a BMW you should go into this purchase understanding that these cars need maintenance and the parts for them are not cheap. Gerardo's offers a great alternative to the dealerships and provides service above and beyond them.

Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! I had a very negative experience, I can see that CLM Auto kisses up to certain classes of people in the community because all I asked was to put in two Sylvania ultra light bulbs which was purchased at AutoZone and the owner Mario got very loud and ignorant because I purchased my own bulbs, and finally he told me he does not want my service after I told him I have money to pay for the bulbs to be installed, so my experience is that they can be very rude and obnoxious to certain classes of people…!!!
