The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Back again to Tower for some more work to the car. New pads, rotors and a wheel bearing. Great communication from these guys, got a call detailing what the car needed and a quote, then followed up with a call to let me know it was ready. I was planning to go on a business trip to NY and had a couple of issues with my 10 year old (but reliable) car. My sister suggested American Brake in Stoughton, where she takes her car. Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. My car was ready for the long drive and I felt more secure behind the wheel after they did the repair and performed their "Pre-trip Check Up"

If I could give a negative number I would, but unfortunately it won't allow me to! I have been searching for a car for the last 2 months. I checked out some places here and there but couldn't seem to find one. I saw one this morning on AutoTrader, it was for 2012 Honda Accord LX-P. The issue was that the Pride Chevy was about 2 hours away from my house. So before I left I called the sales department. I spoke to a fellow named Sam (actually name) and asked him if the car was still available as I live far away and do not want to waste a trip. He reassured me that, it was available and that when I got there to ask for him. We hopped in the car and headed toward Lynn. We get there and are wandering around. I finally have to ask a random guy who looked like he worked there if there was a separate Honda side. I let him know that I spoke to a Sam and was asked to ask for him when I arrived. A few minutes later, Sam arrives. I introduce myself and shake his hand. He then tells me he is going to set me up with a consultant. What, wait, then what the hell does Sam do? Sam brings back this guy, no idea who his name is. Sam says to guy I'm going to pull the car up for her, set up her profile. We sit with the guy and he tells me that unfortunately the car was sold this morning. I tell him, I called before hand blah blah to make sure it was there, 2 hour drive... He looks up the "sold" car and starts raving about what a great steal that wasI asked him why he rave about a deal that we were driving up to see and is now gone. What purpose was that serving? He says that Sam didn't know the car was sold, the other side of the dealership sold it, blah blah. My question is why is Sam answering the phone if he can not provide correct answers. Pissed off I gather my things to leave. I'm then told that maybe the car wasn't sold and to hold on, they had to make a phone call. Meanwhile as I wait, my dad goes into an office. I walk over and see this man, slumped back in

Our family has been taking our cars to Shell in the Square for years now, both for minor, expected, and unexpected repairs. We rely on the staff's judgement on our old car and have gotten excellent advice, timely repairs and are well satisfied with their service.

Been going here for years and always suspected he was up to no good..he is a liar and breaks your car so you have to go back..I sent a friend and he switched out my friends battery for a crappy one..Do NOT let this person near your car..just a thief and liar..last thing did with him was an oil change..never put in a new oil filter but lied that he had

Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Very friendly staff and very appreciative of the quick service that was provided...... Thank you guys!!!!!!!!
