I had my car towed to this shop from another because I heard how honest George Jr. is. I'm so glad I did. I got an estimate of $954.00 for a whole bunch of work that my 2004 honda civic needed from thwe other shop. George went through the estimate and double checked what the other shop said and It wasn't true at all. George fixed what I needed and now my car runs like new. My bill was only $255.81. What a deal. I cant say enough about them. Thank you guys.

I took my car to Mikes Auto Repair for new brake pads and rotor replacement because his rputation online, he was helpful on the phone and he quoted what sounded like a fair price. Mike continued to impress with his warm and helpful customer service, putting my car on his lift immediately, showing me everything he saw, and walking me through the alternatives. He was able to get the appropriate parts in ten minutes and get right to work, and he had my car finished in less than three hours. He even took a test ride with me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

I spotted the Alpha-Omega sign on my way home where I usually had traveled this path many times back and forth without even noticing it. A smiley faced fellow looked on the smashed roof of my truck and in 4 minutes gave me a precise estimation, making a telephone call to the supplier asking for availability of the part, its price and delivery time. The total was well below the estimation of my insurance. I asked Hovie (that was the smiling fellow’s name) if it was possible to wrap up the work in four days. He said that he would do his best. Everything was done on the third day. My truck was stamped with a smile and we (my truck and I) both left smiling. Later I figured out that Hovie worked until very late at night in order to finish the work on time. On the first evening after I gave Hovie “the go ahead”, I decided to check out the references and reviews that customers wrote. There were none! Moreover the telephone number was different than the one on Hovie's business card. “Y-y-yah”, I said to myself, “what a wonderful world… again”. To make a long story short, Hovie along with his partner recently purchased this business and they are doing very well. The parking lot is filled with exotic cars like a 1965 Mercedes Benz, other Mercedes models with carburetors before the era of fuel injection and distributors before the era of electronic ignition. And all these beauties were shining and… smiling. They also do mechanical work. Ladies and Gentlemen, the all would be happy clients of Alpha-Omega, I will be back not necessarily as a customer if the problem arises again, but simply as a friendly visitor. Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

Unfortunately my car was hit. Found Susi auto body doing research online. Shop had great reviews online. My car looks and feels great to drive. The service advisor also helped me with my insurance company and getting my rental coverage extended.

The owner, Mike, met with me and explained everything, including photos of the problem. Everything was completed on time, problem solved. Definitely a keeper.

Since I moved to Wilmington last year, I have been been dreading finding a new mechanic. It took me a year, but I think found exactly what I am looking for. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my car's make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.
