I brought it to Northampton Transmission because they gave me a quote for engine replacement that was $1000 less than everywhere else, and they were honest about what could potentially happen to push the price up as they were working. But, a few hours after I brought my car to them, they called me back and said they had fixed the problem and I didn't need a new engine. They had tested the car to make sure the fix had held, and they explained that even if it didn't hold, I didn't need a new engine. They took the time to show me the parts they had replaced and explain how they had fixed it. Honest, helpful, fast.

I arrived on my way from Massachusetts to Georgia with one of my windshield fluid dispensers not working in the aftermath of a winter storm. It was just before closing on a Friday afternoon, and Country Auto took my car into the shop, warmed it up, got my line unfrozen and charged me nothing!
