Tom’s Auto is the best! I currently own a Chevrolet Malibu and upon returning from a trip my power steering suddenly let go. I contact the Chevrolet dealership and various other mechanics to get estimates on the cost to repair it. When I contacted Tom’s Auto I was greeted with great customer service and given a great estimate. I gave the Sales/Service Manager (Charlie) the information for the parts and within 24 hours he contacted me to let me know the part had come in. Their attention to detail goes way beyond meticulous. If you are particular about your car, have no fear, it’ll be in very good hands. They did a great job in a timely manner and I have never had a problem since. I have used Deluxe Auto Body for many years. I was reminded of the reasons with my most recent experience. Dennis discussed the work to do and recommended a strategy to keep costs reasonable. (This was not insurance work, so cost was a consideration.) Dennis adjusted his schedule to take in our car on short notice. The body work came out fantastic and the price was great. MY TRUCK DEVELOPED A LOT OF BODY ROT ON THE REAR QUARTERS, COMMON FORD PROBLEM. I NEEDED THE REAR QUARTER PANELS CHANGED BUT DID NOT HAVE A LOT OF MONEY, GEORGE IS NOT ONLY THE OWNER BUT DOES MOST OF THE COMPLICATED WORK HIMSELF. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND GEORGE DID THE WORK. 3 DAYS LATER HE CALLED AND STATED MY TRUCK WAS READY NOT ONLY DID HE DO A FANTASTIC JOB BUT HE CLEANED AND DETAILED MY TRUCK WHILE IT WAS THERE. AFTER TALKING TO GEORGE AND THANKING HIM FOR A JOB WELL DONE I FOUND OUT HE IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND HIS WIFE DID ALL THE DETAIL WORK ITS RARE TO FIND A FAMILY BUSINESS ANYMORE THAT DOES QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND GEORGES COLLISION CONNECTION.

These guys did a great job on my Mercedes, and after all the repair tinted my windows for free and detailed the car!
