A+ service, and i'll be staying her for all my wheel/suspension work. I ordered a set of winter tires from Tire Rack and Fahey came highly recommended on their site as well as here. I hit the shop with my winter rims to get them installed today and they found two cracks in two rims. I had been having trouble with one last year but thought it was the old tire. Fahey is sending the rims out and expects to get me back in next week. No charge for the hour of their time it took to help me out.

Fantastic people who will do anything they can to help you out. I recommend them to anyone I hear complaining about their car or mechanic.

If you have an aging foreign car, these guys are the ones to go to. I am tired of paying dealership prices for my BMW and found reasonable prices at Unique Auto Care. Something was wrong with my parking brake, it was stuck and worn. The BMW dealership wanted 800, Unique did it for 550. A huge savings. Talk with Mike, the owner, he is a good guy, who tells you the truth about what you need and what you can wait on.

Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

Make sure to take physical pictures of everything that is broken or needs repair that you’re already aware of, prior to bringing your vehicle into this shop. They will exploit those damaged/failing parts and cause further damage to them. It seems to be part of a ploy to generate revenue for their shop because they will then try to get you to make the repairs there. Don’t expect any accountability either…. They seem to have temporary amnesia when confronted about damage that they were clearly responsible for. Alan Symmes and company - stop believing that each customer that steps foot in your shop, is as naïve as you paint them to be. These are the types of mechanics that will pull the bait and switch on you, if presented with the opportunity…. You know, replacing your new parts in working condition with used/failing parts to swindle honest customers out of their own money.

Randy's is hands-down the best auto shop I've had the pleasure to work with in twenty-five years of car-ownership. You can probably find some of their services cheaper elsewhere, but you won't find their reliability or their customer-care.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! Great communication from these guys, got a call detailing what the car needed and a quote, then followed up with a call to let me know it was ready. Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service.
