Tony and staff was not only friendly and extremely professional but great and fast service. My car was ready for the long drive and I felt more secure behind the wheel after they did the repair and performed their "Pre-trip Check Up"

Fixed a couple of issues with my tranny, 2001 Pontiac Grand AM. My biggest take away was just how nice they were. I never felt like I was being taken advantage and they stayed within their quote even though labor was 5+ hours more than the estimate . If you need work done just call them!! Any work Auto repair too!

Since I moved to Wilmington last year, I have been been dreading finding a new mechanic. It took me a year, but I think found exactly what I am looking for. I discovered M&S on Angie's list where it was highly rated. After talking to Mark for a couple of minutes I was immediately at ease, and felt like my car was in really good hands. I needed my AC fixed. Mark explained to me how they diagnose, find, and fix problems with the AC. Mark really impressed me with his knowledge of the AC in my car's make and model. He called me after diagnosing the problem and gave me an estimate before performing any work. He made recommendations on parts, and gave me my choice. He ended up charging me $70 less than his estimate. Mark earned my business, and I thought I'd write a glowing review so that other's can find this guy as well. -John Jenson

Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.

I went in for diagnostic work regarding my gas mileage, they did full diagnostic and found nothing wrong and spoke with me extensively about it. They didn't charge me for the work, they were fantastic, pleasant, knowledgeable, personable, this was a 5 star car service, I will be going back again and again.

Overland was sold back in May 2018 and the new name is Boston Rover Repair I did not know what to expect, I took the car in and Tom figure it out on the spot they really do know Rovers. I can't thank enough Arti and Tom for the fast turn around on those repairs just before a trip, the car was overheating and others couldn't find the issue since the radiator was not leaking. Been using the shop since 2009 for anything from oil change to radiator and exhaust replacement. Very fast and professional service. Even without appointment Steve was always able to squeeze me in and get my truck back on the road fast.

The owner has been servicing my car for about 15 years. Unless it was an absolute emergency and he was unavailable, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car. He does a great and conscientious job, on time, for a reasonable price, and more than once has saved me significant money. As an example, I recently took my car to the dealer to have a malfunctioning (and wide-open) window repaired. (This is a case where it was an emergency and he wasn't available!) The repair cost hundreds of dollars. 5 weeks later the repair failed, and the dealer told me their repair didn't fail; it was actually a NEW issue that would cost me another big pile of money to fix. No thanks, I said and headed to S&W. Turns out the problem was a loose connection, an easy fix. S&W saved me $400! I've been a customer of Eco's for over 20 years.The reason for that is the outstanding professional work performed by the skilled technicians. Back again to Tower for some more work to the car. New pads, rotors and a wheel bearing. Great communication from these guys, got a call detailing what the car needed and a quote, then followed up with a call to let me know it was ready. Friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced, accompanied by great service! Thanks again to Tower for first class treatment!

Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

Went in to get a headlight fixed for a ticket and made an appointment for the following morning. We decided to drop the car off and uber back after dinner and while finishing up we received a call from Bill who told us he already took care of the light and we were able to drive home only an hour after dropping it off. Very friendly staff and very appreciative of the quick service that was provided...... Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

For over 20 years, I have had all of my vehicles maintained and repaired by B&D, (plus extras like remote starters and sound equipment installed). The prices for parts and labor are transparent and reasonable, quotes for work are on target, my car functions beautifully, and I have consistently felt extremely well treated by everyone in this shop. I refer anyone I care about to B&D Automotive as a trustworthy, skilled resource.

These folks are probably the most caring and honest mechanics around. Unlike some of the national chain mechanics who try to up-sell you on everything, these guys are honest and do perfect work the first time. I promise you will be impressed with the quality of the people and the work. Mechanics like this are impossible to find today! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!

AMAZING! My car broke down in Franklin, I live in Watertown...had it towed to Mark's thanks to AAA. I had no clue where to take my car as it was late and everything was closed ( good thing for google looking for local places ). He owns the place and worked on my car, he did not over charge on labor and he did not lie about the cost of parts to make money ( I have had this problem with places in Watertown, Midas, Firestone and the list goes on..although Perfection in Watertown is decent). After he fixed my car he took it for a drive and it was rainy so he replaced my awful wipers free of charge. He inspected all of my brakes free of charge ( my problem was right front brakes ). My car was fixed in no time and he offered to pick me up from the train station as I was not sure how I was going to get back to Franklin, but I ended up getting a ride. His place was very nice, he was very nice..you could tell he loves what he does. It was overall a wonderful experience. He was very honest and I will be making the drive to Franklin for all my car needs..yes, it was that good! Finally, honesty!! Thanks Mark, you saved the day and did not kill my wallet!
