I have been servicing my vehicles at Manny's for over 20 years. He is the best mechanic by far. His diagnostic skill are always right on. The newly remodeled shop is really cool with a modern waiting area. You will not be disappointed when you service your vehicle here. Finally and most importantly, he is professional and knowledgeable.

They can never get things done right the first time. Bought my tires here a few months ago. They sold me tires they did not have in stock, requiring a return visit, then when they were installed they were out of balance, requiring a second return visit. Had them rotated at 6000 miles, then had to return again for a violent shaking due to the needed alignment that they checked for but failed to tell me about. Car has been on the lift for 3 hours now while I wait. SAVE YOUR TIME, DO NOT GO HERE!

The owner is rude, inflexible, and ignorant. He refused to allow my agent to pick up my car, EVEN WITH A SIGNED AFFIDAVIT. My guess is he wanted the 3 extra days "storage" he was going to claim. He claimed he had no FAX to accept a signature and no INTERNET to accept a scanned form. He is a liar and a cheat, and downright rude and miserable. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE. WELLESLEY POLICE, PLEASE REMOVE HIM FROM YOUR ACCEPTABLE LIST OF TOWING COMPANIES!

I have used Windham Mobile for years, approaching 18 now, and keep coming back. Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. Which I have a lot of considering I go from one 100+ thousand mile to another they help keep them on the road for me so that I can keep working. They always explain everything they do and give options. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My daughter's battery died at the nearby hospital recently. We called Mike from Mabardy's Gulf and he was out there in less than 15 minutes. He towed her car to the shop and replaced the battery in less than 30 minutes. She had told Mike that she needed to get on the road quickly so she could study for a big test the next day. Mike had her on the road quickly and at a very reasonable price. The bottom line: Marbardy's does business the old fashioned way: they obviously care about their customers. What a novel idea!
