i was referred to this establishment by a close friend of mines and boy it was the worst experience ever. i came here to get a in dash unit installed into my husbands truck for his birthday. everything was good at least i thought about a month later the unit started flickering, the screen would get stuck, dvd's would get stuck. so i went back to ritchie road to get a replacemnt unit or have it checked out. i was shocked he was gone it was a guy out there i asked where is frank he said he up and left and went to baltimore. i called him at the number i was giving on my invoice he answered and told me yeah he moved and i was telling him the issues i was having but he didnt give me a address where i can bring the unit to get checked out which was odd to me. he just told me to call back i called back everyday for a week it just went straight to voicemail. so i decided to google his business and came across this site. my husband will be paying him a visit. i paid alot of money and i dont like to be ran from

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. The said review on our shop was very dishonest. The unfortunate situation was this had been set up on a relay call I think things got miss translated in the conversation. This customer brought their truck in on a tow truck his vehicle wouldn't move. Found the transfer case bone dry. When we removed the transfer case fill plug smoke came rolling out. This a part that shouldn't have smoke coming out of it. On top of that the entire transfer case had multiple fluid leaks. So we recommended letting us pull it out and have it sent out to be rebuilt. And do to the rarity of the vehicle the rebuild shop couldn't give us but an estimated price. I relayed this to the customer. He choose not to let us go any farther. We had already had an hour of diagnostic time in it. He told us to stop right there. As into his vehicle being held hostage is just an outrageous allegation. We just asked for the bill be paid before it got removed our lot. I am sorry you feel this way. But you have made some very serious accusations that couldn't be farther from the truth. We are a family owned and ran shop. We haven't been in business for over 30 years by being dishonest or ripping our customers off. It's just not what we do. Again sorry you feel this way.

Just discovered Foltz and wish I had earlier! I took my car in for brakes and a grinding noise that sounded expensive. Turned out the noise was related to the front brakes so there was no extra work that needed to be done. Foltz was cheaper than Jones where I got my car. My husband went there 2 days later and had his tires rotated, also cheaper than Jones. I will drop my car next time instead of waiting- it took almost 3 hours to get the new front brakes done.

AWFUL experience with this tint place. But from the looks of his comebacks to other reviews. He will have some EXCUSE. My husband Justin wanted to get his tint done for his Buick. The first time we scheduled an appt was a month ago for 2 PM. When we get there a bit early for our appt, we are informed they won't be ready for us until 2:30. (Okay that's fine, we can go to McDs and come back.) We get there before 2:30 and waiting a couple minutes AFTER 2:30. We decide to leave. He calls us and tells us he is done now when we are already going home so we decline their service. My husband decides to RESCHEDULE his appt for 9AM today. WHICH I hated cause of the previous experience but I go anyways. I get there before 9 and a man gets into a red car that I GLANCE says TAG and TITLE, points at THAT shop and asks me if I need help. I tell him no. Come to find out Tint Doctor sign says they don't open until 10..... I call the store #s cause I don't get how you can make an appt before the store hours!!!! after calling and LVM and finally reach the SAME man that drove away. He tells me he works for both stores by "himself." He has awful customer service. Tells me it is not that big of deal, claims his appt schedule must be out of wack, WAS NOT AWARE HE EVEN HAD AN APPT FOR 9, constantly over talks me, incapable of having a conversation, where there was no point in talking to him. So I left. So be aware when you have an appt with them!!

Wonderful people to work with. I have had to use them on 3 different occasions. Had an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and they worked on it. I will nevr take my care anywhere else! In addition to being easy to work with, they do a phenomenal job on everything they work on.

My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70's the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.

I went here to have an alignment done. Two of my friends had this service done here on their more advanced cars with coil overs and they have been riding well. The service was performed in a timely manner while I waited and the results are great. The techs here seem to have a lot of experience with aftermarket suspensions and are able to tune the suspension for track or street use. My only complaint was that I arrived on time but they already had another car on the lift which caused a delay. Everyone was friendly and they allowed me to take a look under my car while it was there.

The managers and mechanics at Bowie Shell are honest. They do not inflate prices and provide a thorough and honest assessment regarding the status of the car and fair pricing for any repairs needed. Carl and Ron are the greatest.
