Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. Went there on Oct 16, 2015 for a simple oil change, have already filed with the BBB, car was running fine, told me I needed a qt of transmission fluid, I said fine, the minute I left the car began bucking, that was a Friday, please also note I am a female, on Saturday really didn't drive much as my son took me to PA in his car but when I did in the early am still the same problem, bucking and not shifting appropriately. On Sunday took the car to Walmart, much worse, it actually shut off, check engine light came on, cruise control light came on, had to turn off car, wait, gingerly start back up and ease my way back home. I called my mechanic. He came over. Let's start with the fact that I was 1 1/2 quarts low on oil (2 days after an oil change) and my transmission fluid was bone dry), he put 2 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid in, told me to go to work the next day have the guys pull it in the shop and hook it up to see if it throws any codes and then go over it with a fine tooth comb. See what Charm City didn't know is that I really hate to bother my mechanics for an oil change so I go there, but I've been working with mechanics for 16 years, so they pulled my car in the shop went over it and still had to add another quart of transmission fluid. My certified mechanics have told me that either charm city pulled the transmission plug and drained the tranny fluid or they used a fluid evacuator, when I confronted the owner who took offense to my language and really who wouldn't be pissed, he could have blown up my transmission..he lied, he said a fluid evacuator takes an hours...sorry bud....5 to 8 minutes....his mechanic lied and said he put 6 quarts of oil in my car...first off...why would you put 6 quarts when you only need to put 5 and you didn't put 5...liar...I don't care that you've been in business for 26 years, you saw a female coming in who never uses you for service and you thought you could get some service work from me, so you drained my tranny fluid and then had the gall to ask why I didn't come back, because you are untrustworthy, BEWARE ONE AND ALL. I have 2 certified mechanics that will testify to my story. This place needs to be investigated!!!!

My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. If you are looking for a repair shop don't hesitate to give them a chance you will be very happy. Mark V.

I went here to have an alignment done. Two of my friends had this service done here on their more advanced cars with coil overs and they have been riding well. The service was performed in a timely manner while I waited and the results are great. The techs here seem to have a lot of experience with aftermarket suspensions and are able to tune the suspension for track or street use. My only complaint was that I arrived on time but they already had another car on the lift which caused a delay. Everyone was friendly and they allowed me to take a look under my car while it was there.

My mom used Days, and being in her mid 70's the fact that she felt like she was treated right was pretty darn important to me. When it came to my own vehicle needing service that I didn't have time to do myself, I first took it to the dealer and about choked at their quote. I went to Days and got quoted about 2/3rds the cost of the dealer. Then time for the repairs came and I got a call from Days, they inspected one item quoted for repair and suggested I do not replace it yet as the part itself was still fine (torn boot). I ended up paying less than their original quote. I would recommend the business manager change her text. While accurate, it's not the best face to put forward when you rely on customers.

Wonderful people to work with. I have had to use them on 3 different occasions. Had an accident over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and they worked on it. I will nevr take my care anywhere else! In addition to being easy to work with, they do a phenomenal job on everything they work on.

AWFUL experience with this tint place. But from the looks of his comebacks to other reviews. He will have some EXCUSE. My husband Justin wanted to get his tint done for his Buick. The first time we scheduled an appt was a month ago for 2 PM. When we get there a bit early for our appt, we are informed they won't be ready for us until 2:30. (Okay that's fine, we can go to McDs and come back.) We get there before 2:30 and waiting a couple minutes AFTER 2:30. We decide to leave. He calls us and tells us he is done now when we are already going home so we decline their service. My husband decides to RESCHEDULE his appt for 9AM today. WHICH I hated cause of the previous experience but I go anyways. I get there before 9 and a man gets into a red car that I GLANCE says TAG and TITLE, points at THAT shop and asks me if I need help. I tell him no. Come to find out Tint Doctor sign says they don't open until 10..... I call the store #s cause I don't get how you can make an appt before the store hours!!!! after calling and LVM and finally reach the SAME man that drove away. He tells me he works for both stores by "himself." He has awful customer service. Tells me it is not that big of deal, claims his appt schedule must be out of wack, WAS NOT AWARE HE EVEN HAD AN APPT FOR 9, constantly over talks me, incapable of having a conversation, where there was no point in talking to him. So I left. So be aware when you have an appt with them!!
