Thank you all, as usual I had a wonderful experience with Georgetwn auto service.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I decided not to get some of the work done there as I found much cheaper options elsewhere, but that was my choice and not a problem with Nielson’s. My main frustration is that a day after I had my car looked at there (and had the problems they identified addressed by another cheaper garage), the car failed a safety inspection for three things that did not show up anywhere on their report: parking break not holding, and a front and rear marker light out. Those seem like very easy things to identify, especially the lights, so not sure why they were missed.

This time was for an inspection but I have been there for repairs too. This is always my preferred place to take my car because they always do a good job, customer service is great, price is fair and they are honest.

I can't say enough about this place! Their customer service is excellent and their integrity is #1. I am a single woman and leery about shops that take advantage of that fact. You don't have to worry about that here. They work with you and make sure you get exactly what you need. If you are looking for honest, reliable mechanics Bransfield Motors is the place to go. There are inconsistency between statements for availability and prices given on the website, on the phone, upon arrival, and after service for the same service. The repair were done right but kept haggling with prices (as if originally quoted prices were not effective) before the repair and tried to sell other services after I brought the price down for what was originally stated as a guanranteed price for the service. It was a lot of headache and time consuming.
