Garry the Manager is the BEST. I check sereral places for a price for a catalytic converter for my 2006 chyrler van. I got prices from $869.00 to $1100.00. I search the internet and found Monunment Street Auto. I called Garry and he quoted $473.00 for a catalytic converter. I could not believe what I was hearing. I left my work place and went to Monument Street Auto. Garry provided me with excellent Customer Service. An employee from the auto center drove me back to my place of work and he pick me up from work when the repair job was done.

They were wonderful to deal with. They got me in and out in a few hours and were even to come in under my original estimate. Love them!

This place was recommended to me by a near by shop which I have gone to in the past since they were not able to service my vehicle at the time. Overall my experience was wonderful. I was greeted by friendly staff who were efficient and professional. The individual assisting me was attentive and he explained things in simple terms since I am not too familiar with service/mechanical issues concerning cars. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family and anyone in need of a quality shop.?

Don’t go there for inspection! Jimmy the manager plays stupid to upcharge the quotes. (Claims the paperwork has changed) A 30 min appointment easily turns in 1.5 hours. Jimmy schedules customers for re-inspection when he knows they don’t work. Horrible and dishonest place. Would NOT recommend. (I should have listened to the other reviews. Beware)

Great Bunch of Guys !!! They checked my air conditioning for .. FREE .. and added .. FREON. It worked immediately. NO CHARGE .. for the service or FREON !!! Not only are they a .. Full Service Shop .. but .. they do .. Transmission work .. also. I finally found a .. Trustworthy Service Center .. that I can tell my .. Family and Friends about !!! Thanks .. I’ve used European Auto Body for my cars several times and have been more than pleased with the timeliness, the quality of work, and the price. This shop does excellent work and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Specifically, I refer to Mr. Linton Browne, who treats each car as if it’s his own, and who is one of the most customer-oriented technicians I’ve ever met. My most recent repair involved adjusting the position of the passenger-side front fender on my 2008 Corvette. The fender had shifted out of alignment—due to a long-ago previous repair from some other auto body shop—and was hanging up on the front edge of the door, preventing the door from opening. I stopped in one morning to make an appointment with Linton to bring in the car for repair. Linton literally dropped what he was doing, got out a few tools and, in less than ten minutes, he had adjusted the fender perfectly, thereby correcting a door-opening problem that had plagued me for quite some time. AND his price was exceptionally reasonable. Where else can you find service like that? I guess I don’t need to say where I’ll continue to bring my cars in the future!
