This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

Contrary to the negative posts, all of the work that Long Meadow Auto Repair and Fuel has performed for my family over the last decade has been exceptional. The WORST experience I have ever had the misfortune of going through while just trying to get my car "inspection ready." As the daughter of a mechanic, I am more than ashamed of not only their work, but their disgusting customer service. After an entire WEEK, I was still told "tomorrow" and then when I asked the price of what had been done I was told "I'll call you back by five." When I hadn't been called by 4:55pm (1655), I called them, was answered by an incredibly nasty voice; placed on hold until 5pm (1700), and abruptly hung up on. To anyone searching for great car repair, customer service, and a fair price.... I urge you to stay the heck away from there and try someone else! Terry's Auto in Boonsboro was wonderful, I was given a fair price, and my repairs were done in less than a day :)
