I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!!GregI had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction. The price of the vehicle I purchased changed (increased $300.42 by his wife ) from the agreed upon original vehicle price I made with Mr. M--- after I signed and closed the bill of sale with him. This increase affected the amount financed. When I brought this matter to the attention of Salim (his wife) , she stated that the finance company was charging me the $300.42 for not paying cash and because they were financing the balance of the sell for me. I contacted the financial institution WL and the representative stated that their company does not charge such a fee. The finance company was concerned that bogus information was being given to customer. I immediate called the salesman and his wife. I left a message for the wife. I spoke to M---- who stated that this fee was the Ameri-Benz doc fee. I told him I had already been billed a doc fee of $29.00. He told me to contact his wife, who will not return my calls. I have been calling the salesman and his wife since 3/2/2016 (made my concern known on 3/1/16) to date. I have called the dealership twice to try to resolve this matter to obtain a refund for the erroneous fees she assessed me. I have placed 7 telephone calls collectively to the owner and to his wife (who prepared the loan papers) and to date neither of them will return my telephone call.

I wanted to wait to see how the repairs I received here worked out. Good news! My car is still running great. My car broke down nearby this place and I limped in to their parking lot and left the key in the drop box. They have a website that shows that they accept overnight and weekend vehicles, which was a reason why I dropped my car off there. I lucked out, because these guys did a great job. They were very clear about what was wrong when they called me, and they gave me good advice about the timing belt being changed. It's been a few long driving trips and my car is still running well and not overheating. They did a great job and if I lived closer to them, I'd take my car there again. John Kennedy

I have been taking my Honda and Lexus to Freestate for over 3 years. They are helpful in letting me know what is wrong with my vehicle and what could wait until the next service. The prices are not as high as a dealer but also not as low as say a side lot garage. I do feel confident that they are doing a good job and trust their opinion.

The managers and mechanics at Bowie Shell are honest. They do not inflate prices and provide a thorough and honest assessment regarding the status of the car and fair pricing for any repairs needed. Carl and Ron are the greatest.

Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers. My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station. I've since purchased a used Subaru and have had it there for service and couldn't be happier. Brian Ben and their staff are excellent mechanics and extremely honest. I recently took my Mercedes to this shop for repair because after owning the car for 12 years, I am tired of the pretentious attitudes and high prices of the dealership service department. API is a great alternative. The people who work at API are familiar with Mercedes cars, have the right tools to service them, and are able to get the right parts. Most importantly, they are friendly and make their customers feel valued. I plan to continue taking my car to API for future service needs!

John at Euro is the best!!!! He has done everything from welding to oil changes for us... We use him exclusivly for all the "need it done now and done right" jobs... I would highly recommend him for anything auto (or boat) that needs to be done right and fast....
