I was at this shop 3 times and paid expencive repair , at last repair for $1023 I paid, but wasn't happy that he lost my remote from the car and didn't want to refund $120 for Honda car Remote. After ugly dispute and arguments , he gave me new remote , which is not matching my car, he wasn't able to programm. Basically it is useless. He claimed that my car panel is not working , broken . Import Auto Service is fantastic!! I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I started going to Import when I had a 1986 Volvo and needed my air conditioning repaired. I took it the dealer who wanted $2,000 to fix which I did not want to pay for something needed only during the summer. I always do thorough research and Import Auto Service had great reviews from customers and the Better Business Bureau. I decided to take my car to Import - to my amazement, the total cost was $800.00 and included some other services. That was the beginning of a great and long lasting relationship. Import kept my Volvo on the road for many years - I sold the Volvo in 2010 and the new owner still drives it and (on my recommendation) takes it to Import for servicing. Import now services my current Volvo. I trust Import completely - they are honest, ethical and are committed to providing quality service and having satisfied customers.
