The people were very friendly and helpful. I decided not to get some of the work done there as I found much cheaper options elsewhere, but that was my choice and not a problem with Nielson’s. My main frustration is that a day after I had my car looked at there (and had the problems they identified addressed by another cheaper garage), the car failed a safety inspection for three things that did not show up anywhere on their report: parking break not holding, and a front and rear marker light out. Those seem like very easy things to identify, especially the lights, so not sure why they were missed.

I can't say enough about this place! Their customer service is excellent and their integrity is #1. I am a single woman and leery about shops that take advantage of that fact. These guys do a good job. Had aproblem no other shop coulod figure out and these guys found it and had my car back the same day, They fixed it for $49.34. Wish I would have taken it there in the first place.
