The people were very friendly and helpful. I decided not to get some of the work done there as I found much cheaper options elsewhere, but that was my choice and not a problem with Nielson’s. My main frustration is that a day after I had my car looked at there (and had the problems they identified addressed by another cheaper garage), the car failed a safety inspection for three things that did not show up anywhere on their report: parking break not holding, and a front and rear marker light out. Those seem like very easy things to identify, especially the lights, so not sure why they were missed.

I can't say enough about this place! Their customer service is excellent and their integrity is #1. I am a single woman and leery about shops that take advantage of that fact. You don't have to worry about that here. They work with you and make sure you get exactly what you need. If you are looking for honest, reliable mechanics Bransfield Motors is the place to go. My Volvo broke down near their station and I had my car towed there for repair. Unfortunately the car was not worth fixing but fortunately I came across a great service station.
