We were very disappointed with our experience and the lack of professionalism with this company. We had our back window of our van replaced while we were on vacation. We paid in advance since we could not be there when the work was done. When we returned home, we discovered that the back of the van was not shutting properly. We asked the company to come out and take a look as we had discovered part of the panel that was removed for repair had not been put back on properly. The owner of the company came to our home and was so rude and condescending that my husband asked him to leave. I am just appalled that the owner of a company would treat customers in this manner instead of working collaboratively on a solution that would have made both parties happy.

I can't say enough positive things about Ty Nguyen's Arlington Auto Shop. I lucked into it about eight years when I was again hit while parking on DC streets. Ty offers personal, reliable service with free estimates. Work is reasonably priced, done on time and is guaranteed. I have recommended his shop to several of my friends and they were equally pleased. My car is ten years old and looks new as Ty uses excellent products and does paint matching that restores my car to its original look. Try this shop once and you will be back.
