BA Auto diagnosed the issue and it ended up being a missing bolt and a few loose ones. They had my vehicle taken care of the same day and the charge was more than affordable. Paid $222 for A/C service and cabin air filter replacement because the air vent smells bad when I turn on the A/C. It still smells bad after 1 week of service.
